Tai Chi Classes

Sign up now for a six week program of Tai Chi. It will bring inspiration, focus and clarity to your life!

People of all ages will enjoy its gentle, graceful movements.

It has been proven to help with relaxation and to promote good health.

Classes will be held on Monday, September 20th & 27th, October 4th, 18th & 25th, and November 1st, 2010

at 7:00 pm in the Assembly Room of the Village Hall.

The non-refundable fee for the six sessions is $50.00. Payment is required at the time of registration.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Sneakers are a must!
